Supports the development and delivery of client-focused pitch materials, including industry research, competitor analysis, value propositions, templates, case studies, and data-driven insights. Tracks pitch outcomes, maintains accurate pitch systems, meets submission deadlines, and supports straightforward pitches from initiation through delivery. Collaborates with business development, marketing, lawyers, and diverse stakeholders in a professional services environment.

Provide litigation, arbitration and investigations advice on civil and commercial matters; manage out-of-court assistance and court litigation; collaborate with other practice areas and cross-border offices on complex cases.

Lead public and private M&A transactions; draft, review and negotiate core transaction documents; manage due diligence and closings; advise clients on corporate governance and securities law; supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals; collaborate across practice groups; support business development and ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm policies.
