The role requires strong M&A/private equity legal judgment, client-facing skills, and programme leadership.

Associate supporting a regional technology, media, and telecommunications practice in Singapore. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial documents, advising clients on transactional TMT/IP matters, supporting client development, managing workflows, and mentoring junior team members. The role covers digital infrastructure transactions, technology and data-driven M&A support, licensing, outsourcing, data privacy, cybersecurity, technology regulation, and IP commercialization.

Represent sponsors of alternative investment funds and advise on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity funds, structures, and international transactions. The role requires strong written and oral communication, self-direction, teamwork, and an eagerness to learn. Candidates must hold a JD or Tax LL.M. and be admitted in good standing to the New York Bar.
