Drive new business and revenue growth by prospecting, onboarding, and scaling D2C brand and agency partners on the Linkby platform. Own client relationships, retention, cohort/churn management, and prioritized revenue patches while collaborating with account managers in a pod structure to meet KPIs.

Develops and manages partnerships with UK media agencies to sell Linkby’s performance-based Adtech products. Responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, onboarding agencies, responding to campaign briefs, leading presentations, managing agency relationships, growing recurring revenue, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong agency networks, digital marketing or Adtech sales experience, excellent communication, and frequent collaboration with internal partnership teams. It is hybrid, with one day weekly in the London office and in-person agency meetings and industry networking.

Own and ship end-to-end full-stack features for a high-scale, AI-native publishing marketplace. Design APIs, optimize queries, deploy cloud-native apps, build LLM-powered capabilities, ensure security and privacy compliance, mentor engineers, influence architecture, and maintain reliability and performance under load.
