Leads strategic consulting engagements and client relationships while serving as a senior advisor on strategy, organizational transformation, communications, and change management. Oversees program delivery, budgets, staffing, risks, contracts, Agile processes, and deliverable quality. Develops executive recommendations, strategic narratives, implementation roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement plans. Mentors team members, supports business development, and ensures client satisfaction, financial performance, and successful contract execution.

Leads human-centered design strategy, mixed-method research, systems thinking, strategic visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder workshops for government and industry clients. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to frame complex challenges, synthesize insights, develop strategic recommendations, and drive organizational alignment. Mentors design practitioners and establishes quality standards for deliverables. The role requires at least three days onsite weekly, some travel, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Lead information design efforts to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear visual narratives, infographics, dashboards, prototypes, and accessible digital and print products. Partner with cross-functional teams, guide visual systems and brand execution, mentor designers, and apply human-centered design and Section 508 accessibility principles to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
