Manages industrial real estate development projects from land acquisition and entitlement through vertical construction and lease-up. Responsibilities include zoning and permitting, site and infrastructure planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, consultant and contractor management, construction oversight, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting. The role supports development pipeline growth across East Coast markets and requires strong knowledge of site development, construction, entitlements, and local market conditions.

Leads the Transactions Management team supporting real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing back-office activities. Oversees staffing, delegation, coaching, risk escalation, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. Partners with Investment, Capital Markets, Legal, and operations teams throughout transactions, including asset onboarding, offboarding, and refinancing. Champions AI-enabled tools and automation to improve scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Coordinates property-level diligence and closing activities for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Reviews environmental, structural, title, and property documentation; obtains materials from vendors; organizes diligence; manages closing checklists; coordinates with property management, treasury, investments, and leasing teams; and interfaces with outside counsel on transaction-related legal matters.
