Paid 10-week summer internship supporting industrial real estate investment underwriting, financial modeling, market research, property valuation, due diligence, acquisition and disposition analysis, and investment committee materials. The intern will analyze tenant, lease, and operating data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to management.

Supports power and infrastructure investment analysis for data centers, powered shells, utilities, and industrial real estate. Responsibilities include financial underwriting, valuation, market research, due diligence, utility and infrastructure analysis, investment committee materials, presentations, dashboards, project tracking, portfolio monitoring, and coordination with external and internal stakeholders across North America.

Supports Capital Markets through financial and operating analysis, Excel-based financial modeling, reporting, data cleansing, portfolio benchmarking, and presentation development for senior stakeholders. The intern will evaluate performance against peers, contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects, and use AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to accelerate research and improve workflows.
