Supports senior investment professionals by screening commercial real estate opportunities, underwriting acquisitions and development projects, building financial models in Excel and Argus, analyzing market and comparable data, evaluating existing assets, assisting with due diligence and portfolio operations, and preparing investment committee, management, and board materials. The role also supports asset management, dispositions, leasing reviews, property budgets, and transaction closings.

Supports credit analysis and portfolio monitoring for commercial real estate tenants and borrowers. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, conducting credit reviews, preparing credit summaries, calculating financial metrics, monitoring covenant compliance, researching public filings and industry data, maintaining customer financial records, and assisting with portfolio monitoring. The intern will develop skills in financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, risk management, credit reporting, and professional communication.
