Manages clinical trial investigative sites across Italy through qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. Ensures patient safety, data integrity, protocol compliance, and investigational product accountability. Performs source data verification, reviews documentation, maintains TMF records, supports regulatory and ethics submissions, resolves queries, and manages investigator relationships. Collaborates with cross-functional teams while independently managing multiple priorities. Requires extensive travel across Italy and fluency in Italian and English.

Lead business development across the East Coast for a global CRO, winning new clinical research business and expanding strategic biotech and pharmaceutical client relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract award, deliver presentations, proposals, and bid defenses, collaborate with operations and executive teams, represent the company at industry events, and achieve revenue targets.

Manage feasibility, initiation, monitoring, and close-out of investigative sites ensuring participant safety, GCP and protocol compliance, source data verification, IP handling, TMF maintenance, regulatory submissions, data queries resolution, and site communication. Senior CRAs mentor CRAs and help develop monitoring procedures and rescue troubled sites. Role may include Regulatory Affairs Officer duties.
