Lead HR for the Western Region across Europe and the US as a strategic partner to regional leadership. Drive HR strategy, standardize HR operations, deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, build local HRIS capabilities, manage compliance and external HR providers, and deliver talent, performance, and engagement programs to support business transformation and growth.
