Coordinate logistics and admin for training demos and university webinars: schedule SLPs and consumers, manage loaner device shipments/recalls, track appointments and cancellations, triage issues, create external SLP accounts, and support outreach and event logistics.

Lead a product support team providing technical assistance across phone, email, chat, and appointments. Improve workflows and CRM/knowledge tooling, build dashboards, escalate software issues to engineering, report user insights to Product, support QA and device testing, manage repairs and compliance escalations, and develop staff career progression.

Lead employee experience, engagement, DEI, accessibility, and employee relations initiatives. Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leaders, conducting investigations, managing accommodations, and designing recognition and engagement programs. Translate feedback and workforce trends into actionable recommendations to strengthen culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
