Coordinate logistics and admin for training demos and university webinars: schedule SLPs and consumers, manage loaner device shipments/recalls, track appointments and cancellations, triage issues, create external SLP accounts, and support outreach and event logistics.

Lead employee experience, engagement, DEI, accessibility, and employee relations initiatives. Serve as a strategic HR partner advising leaders, conducting investigations, managing accommodations, and designing recognition and engagement programs. Translate feedback and workforce trends into actionable recommendations to strengthen culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness.

Serve as primary liaison with ASHA to register, report, and audit continuing education courses. Manage course rosters, generate completions and certificates, support learners and LMS troubleshooting, produce promotional materials, and ensure ASHA CE compliance while collaborating with Education and Marketing teams.

Develop and maintain software for speech-generating devices and related applications. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered features, write clean code, participate in testing and code reviews, support production systems, and improve tooling, CI/CD, and processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies and occasional US travel for team meetings.

Own and improve the operational infrastructure for Product: administer product and analytics tooling, ensure data and release readiness, support regulatory documentation and FDA design control workflows, build dashboards and scorecards, onboard product team members, coordinate cross-functional release activities, and identify/process improvements to scale product delivery.
