Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform across Azure (and AWS), manage Terraform IaC, run GitOps deployments (ArgoCD/Helm), build CI/CD pipelines, define SLIs/SLOs, drive observability and incident response, automate tasks, improve on-call processes, and enable engineering teams to self-serve.

Provide 2nd-line technical support and configuration for LineTen's online ordering and integration platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated software/hardware issues, manage incidents per SLAs, perform testing and root cause analysis, maintain documentation and SOPs, liaise with vendors and development teams, train staff, and identify automation and process improvements.
