Support the CEO by managing calendars, communications, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, expenses, vendors, follow-ups, and special initiatives. The role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an in-person position based in New York City.

Lead end-to-end recruiting across technical and nontechnical roles, including role design, sourcing, candidate evaluation, pipeline development, and closing. Build hiring processes, tooling, and infrastructure from scratch; manage external recruiters, investors, and talent networks; and partner with the CEO on hiring strategy and plans. The role requires strong proactive sourcing, early-stage company experience, and the judgment to recruit across varied domains and seniority levels.

Design, build, and operate Linero's secure, compliant cloud platform. Own networking, compute, storage, access controls, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and incident response. Embed FedRAMP requirements, run vulnerability management and audits, and establish monitoring, on-call, and operational runbooks to support product teams and enterprise customers.
