As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support site leadership in talent management, employee relations, and compliance, while driving employee engagement and business performance.

Qualify and close local inbound and outbound leads, maintain accurate Salesforce records, build pipeline, collaborate with business development and marketing, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while improving conversion and activity metrics.

Provide HR support for an assigned facility as a strategic partner to site leaders: drive talent and performance management, retention, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation consistency, compliance, investigations, payroll/benefits support, data-driven improvements, and lead/train site HR staff.
