Administer the warehouse safety program, support audit preparation, investigate accidents, promote compliance with safety policies, lead safety meetings, monitor supplies, maintain records, and conduct new-hire safety orientations. The role partners with leadership and operations to resolve safety and quality issues while working in cold, hot, and noisy warehouse environments.

Leads internal and external engineering teams building and supporting centralized billing applications, APIs, and integrations for the Quote to Cash process. Guides architecture and technical design, delivers software increments, mentors engineers, manages projects and budgets, and collaborates with business, product, data, and operations stakeholders. Requires knowledge of supply chain systems and periodic domestic travel.

Lead regional EHS and regulatory compliance programs, conduct inspections and PHAs, support incident investigations and MOC, manage corrective actions and performance metrics, interact with regulators, and support environmental permitting and construction compliance. Role requires cross-functional collaboration and up to 50% travel.
