Designs, configures, implements, maintains, and improves SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement systems. Advises Finance, IT, Product, Internal Controls, and audit stakeholders; supports testing, issue resolution, change coordination, access controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements including JSOX. Leads cross-functional projects, evaluates system and process risks, and ensures finance technology meets business, accounting, tax, and operational needs.

Leads end-to-end initiatives for digital lending and other financial products, including business cases, go-to-market strategy, monetization, performance growth, and commercial partnerships. Collaborates with product, engineering, operations, credit risk, and business intelligence teams while managing relationships with financial institutions and technology partners. Uses customer insights and market intelligence to refine strategies and inform product roadmaps.

Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, fixed assets, vendors, administrative expenses, invoices, business travel, meetings, events, and employee support. Coordinate internal teams and external service providers while maintaining organized documentation and ensuring smooth workplace operations. The role requires communication, coordination, independent problem-solving, attention to detail, and at least two years of relevant administrative or general affairs experience.
