Own and optimize the product-led growth funnel from acquisition through activation and retention. Use analytics, SQL, session recordings, and experiments to identify growth levers, design and run A/B tests, build dashboards, and partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM to launch team-collaboration growth features that drive account activation and organic expansion.

Lead design of the core Lindy Assistant experience: conduct user research and usability testing, define prototypes and visual language, iterate on micro-interactions and end-to-end flows, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the founder to deliver a polished product.
