Lead Lindt Canada's omnichannel CRM and loyalty strategy across retail and eCommerce. Build segmentation, lifecycle programs, email campaigns, reporting and dashboards. Optimize customer journeys, testing, coupon management and loyalty initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue.

Manage and run a full production line to meet volume, quality, and safety standards. Supervise and train line personnel, coordinate changeovers and supplies, perform root-cause analysis, maintain machine and downtime logs, support TPM/5S initiatives, and complete administrative reporting using plant control systems.

Lead customer-level P&L analysis, pricing and trade investment decisions to drive profitable growth. Build business cases, scenario models, and commercial insights; partner with sales, marketing, supply chain and insights to execute revenue growth management and present recommendations to senior management.
