Supports supply chain compliance by reviewing customer infractions, initiating dispute recoveries, analyzing customer and logistics trends, improving reporting, documenting processes, and identifying automation and cost-saving opportunities. The intern collaborates with Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, and logistics teams to develop corrective actions, process maps, and optimized reporting solutions.

The Revenue Growth Management Intern will support customer planning for Lindt’s wholesale accounts by consolidating plans, analyzing sales and promotional data, preparing scorecards and executive materials, and identifying business insights. The role partners with RGM, Sales, Finance, and Category Management on promotional planning, scenario analysis, reporting, and data governance. This is a 12-week onsite internship at Lindt’s Stratham, New Hampshire headquarters.

Supports the Operations Finance Team through financial and operational data analysis, Excel-based reporting, dashboards, financial modeling, business case development, process improvement, benchmarking, and scenario analysis. The intern collaborates with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams, translating findings into recommendations and presenting project outcomes to stakeholders.
