Drive revenue by prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing out-of-home advertising contracts. Manage sales pipelines, renew existing accounts, upsell services, coordinate billboard artwork and campaign execution, support collections, monitor market trends, and maintain client relationships. Mentor and supervise business development staff, approve timesheets, and collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure advertising campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.

Provide administrative support to the Business Development (Sales) Manager for billboard advertising sales: handle inquiries, prepare RFPs and contracts, maintain financial and revenue reports, coordinate artwork and installations, manage customer database and Proof of Performance, and liaise with operations, accounting, and agencies. Attend weekly meetings and perform related duties.
