Supports daily network infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, firewall, switch, router, and access point systems; managing user accounts; troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues; supporting network security, patching, backups, and disaster recovery; documenting configurations; and providing Tier 1–2 end-user support.

Responsible for growing profitable forestry equipment sales across Linder’s South Carolina territory. Duties include coordinating territory sales, managing equipment demonstrations and deliveries, preparing quotes, maintaining activity logs, communicating inventory and specifications, supporting regional teams with technical information and training, developing customer relationships, and attending forestry equipment trade shows. Requires strong communication, organization, accuracy, customer relationship management, and relevant forestry equipment and industry knowledge.

Expand product support revenue within an assigned territory by identifying parts and service sales opportunities, preparing quotations, conducting customer and machine visits, completing inspections and warranty documentation, promoting sales programs, maintaining CRM records and call reports, and partnering with Parts, Service, and Sales teams. The role requires customer relationship development, mechanical aptitude, heavy equipment industry knowledge, and effective communication skills.
