Demonstrates and supports GPS machine-control technology for Komatsu heavy equipment during and after sales. Coordinates grade-control demonstrations, trains customers, manages machine-control inventory and rental activities, communicates with GPS manufacturers and dealers, and provides basic troubleshooting support to technicians. Requires precision GPS, construction surveying, heavy equipment, networking, and software knowledge.

Provides administrative support to the Sales and Service departments by opening work orders, assisting customers, scheduling service, answering phones, coordinating vendors, processing invoices and warranty claims, generating purchase orders, ordering parts, managing timekeeping backup, and supporting reception duties.

Grows parts and service revenue within an assigned territory by identifying sales opportunities, preparing quotations, conducting customer and machine visits, completing inspections and warranty documentation, promoting service programs, and maintaining customer information and daily call reports in the CRM. Builds relationships with customers and internal Parts, Service, and Sales teams while supporting heavy equipment product solutions.
