Supports B2B trade marketing programs targeting Travel Advisors through email campaigns, nurture journeys, webinars, social communities, content resources, events, and lead-generation initiatives. Coordinates campaign development, audience segmentation, approvals, execution, and performance tracking. Analyzes engagement and conversion metrics, contributes optimization recommendations, manages webinar logistics, and collaborates with sales, creative, and marketing teams to drive demand for expedition travel products.

Leads a five-person accounts payable team and owns end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor master governance, payments, close activities, controls, reporting, and issue resolution. Drives workflow redesign, automation, standardization, system transformation, and measurable process improvements. Develops policies and training, monitors service levels, and partners with Accounting, Treasury, Finance leadership, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires onsite work at least three days per week in the New York City area.

Lead finance systems strategy, governance, and transformation to modernize ERP, subledgers, reporting and integrations. Drive process optimization, automation, controls (ITGC/SOX) and enterprise implementations while partnering with IT and finance leaders to improve data flows, audit readiness, and user adoption.
