As a Product Manager, you will design and execute pre- and post-voyage services, manage vendor relationships, optimize revenue, and enhance guest experiences by coordinating land extensions, transportation, and accommodations.

Serve as the vessel's Northwest Coast cultural and natural-history expert, delivering presentations, leading shore excursions and on-board interpretation, assisting with inflatable boat operations and guest relations, supporting safety drills and field staff tasks, and promoting company conservation and program initiatives.

Serve as the onboard historian specializing in Spain and France: deliver engaging presentations, lead shore excursions and educational hikes, provide in-field interpretation, assist with inflatable boat and other expedition operations, support guest experience duties, and participate in safety and conservation programs.
