The HR Generalist manages compensation and benefits, payroll, HRIS records, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee training, audits, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and workforce reporting. The role partners with employees, management, and safety personnel in both office and manufacturing environments. It also supports employment-law compliance, HR metrics, benefits administration, organizational reporting, and employee events while maintaining confidentiality and accurate personnel documentation.

Develop and optimize fluid-based coating processes for aerospace components, including slurry formulation, mixing, dispersion, filtration, and spray or dip application. Lead experiments, performance testing, process scale-up, qualification, equipment integration, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Support customer technical requirements, new product and process introduction, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, employee training, and cross-functional manufacturing activities.
