The Tier II Support Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, provide on-site support, handle software installations, and offer helpdesk assistance.

We are looking for a senior .NET developer with at least 5 years of experience in developing web applications and SQL database management.

Provide Mac and PC support including troubleshooting, remote installations of software, and onsite client support for workstation issues.
