Provide senior-level support, design, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting for client on-premises, virtual, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure. Administer Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking environments. Lead infrastructure projects, escalations, disaster recovery initiatives, documentation, and client-facing technical recommendations while traveling to client sites as needed.

Monitors client network environments, responds to infrastructure and security alerts, performs first-level troubleshooting, documents incidents, and escalates complex issues. Supports routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, WAN circuits, and monitoring platforms. Assists with network deployments, firmware upgrades, configuration changes, equipment replacements, and client documentation. The role includes coordination with ISPs, vendors, SOC teams, and senior engineers, as well as occasional onsite and after-hours NOC support.
