Manage daily operations of the Financial Aid Department, ensuring accurate, timely Title IV packaging and compliance. Supervise and train Financial Aid staff, perform audits, manage documentation and verification, oversee loan and grant processing, coordinate responses to audits, and liaise with students and campus departments to resolve issues.

Provide one-on-one career coaching and job search assistance to students and graduates, deliver workshops, build employer relationships and pipelines, coordinate recruiting events and job fairs, track employment outcomes, and maintain accurate records in compliance with accreditation standards.

Lead technical strategy, design and deploy scalable AI/ML systems. Lead end-to-end model development, productionize pipelines and infrastructure, troubleshoot models, measure impact, and mentor engineering teams.
