Provides one-on-one career coaching and job-search assistance to students and graduates, conducts resume and interview workshops, develops employer relationships, identifies job opportunities, coordinates recruiting events, tracks employment outcomes, and maintains compliant placement records.

Recruiter builds student pipelines through industry partnerships for a career training program. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, conducting presentations and interviews, evaluating prospective students, traveling to campuses, training campus teams, monitoring student progress, coordinating with partners, reporting outcomes, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards. The role is remote but requires residence in the NJ/NY region and significant travel.
