Provide administrative support to the Director of Administrative Services and the Business Office. Maintain student accounts and files, manage bookstore purchasing and inventory, distribute books and uniforms, perform weekly bank deposits, and assist with reports, record-keeping, and events to support a positive student experience.

The Financial Aid Advisor guides students through the financial aid process, manages data, and collaborates with financial aid teams to support students' funding needs.

Coach students and graduates on job search skills, deliver workshops, build employer relationships, develop pipelines of job opportunities, coordinate recruiting events, track employment outcomes, and maintain accurate records to support graduate placement and accreditation compliance.
