Summer interns receive training and contribute to live M&A and financial advisory projects. Responsibilities include financial analysis, valuations, industry research, preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations, supporting senior bankers, assisting with business development and meeting preparation, and participating in due diligence and transaction closing. The program is designed for penultimate-year students interested in M&A, capital advisory, or private fund advisory.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to investment bankers, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense processing, meeting scheduling, Salesforce updates, research, invoicing, document preparation, and confidential communications. The role requires strong organization, discretion, independent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment, including overtime when needed.

Support M&A advisory engagements within Lincoln International’s Stockholm team, gaining exposure to cross-border transactions, clients, and senior bankers. The internship includes on-the-job and global training, analytical work, financial-market research, and collaboration with international deal teams. Candidates should demonstrate commercial awareness, strong analytical, communication, computer, teamwork, and independent-working skills, plus fluency in English and one Nordic language.
