Execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to finish, including financial analysis, valuation, industry research, buyer and target outreach, transaction marketing materials, client and senior banker interaction, due diligence, negotiations, and closings. The Associate will also support business development, contribute to firm-growth initiatives, and help develop Analysts while gaining exposure to international clients and buyers.

Leads daily operations for Data Specialists supporting valuation-platform onboarding, private-market data collection, reporting, testing, technology support, and process improvement. Assigns work, coaches team members, reviews quality, manages project plans and risks, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, investigates data issues, and supports Anaplan enhancements and user acceptance testing. The role also performs hands-on data and operational work and evaluates AI and data-extraction solutions.

Lead mid-market Business Services M&A transactions end-to-end: prepare pitch materials, structure deals, build and review complex financial models, manage Associates/Analysts, serve as client day-to-day contact, prepare term sheets, support due diligence, and contribute to business development and team training.
