Vice President, Capital Advisory will execute mid-market financing transactions, support deal structuring, prepare presentations, financial models, term sheets, and marketing materials, and manage transaction processes. The role involves client relationship development, finance-provider outreach, due diligence and loan agreement review, business development, and supervision and development of Associates and Analysts across the DACH region.
