Support M&A deal teams by building and validating financial models, preparing marketing and client presentation materials, conducting industry and target research, identifying acquirers/targets, supporting due diligence, and interacting with clients and senior bankers throughout transactions.

Support sell-side M&A transactions end-to-end: financial analysis and valuations, industry research, buyer/target outreach, prepare CIMs and presentations, facilitate due diligence and closings, support negotiations, host buyer visits, and contribute to business development and analyst mentoring.
