Leads complex geospatial, data, AI, software, and environmental projects from contract kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules, budgets, scope, risks, staffing, deliverables, and client relationships; coordinating multidisciplinary and partner teams; overseeing federally funded engagements; mentoring staff; and improving organization-wide project delivery practices.

Coordinate Fiscal Systems programs including event planning, outreach, travel/logistics, editing and formatting materials, procurement and contract support, budget tracking and payment processing, website content updates and QA, data collection support, and general program administration to support domestic and international educational activities.

Implement and maintain geospatial data science and remote sensing workflows: acquire, clean, and process raster/vector and Earth-observation data; run and validate GeoAI and ML/DL models; conduct accuracy assessments and documentation; automate repeatable processing; collaborate with technical staff and translate results for partners and clients.
