Lead design, development, and maintenance of knowledge management solutions for JID-TC. Bridge IT administration and curriculum management to secure, store, and integrate courseware and student data. Support continuous learning, user training, change management, and compliance with DoD security standards.

Provides Tier III engineering and subject-matter expertise for enterprise firewalls, VPNs, DMZs, routing, switching, and network security. Designs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and implements secure DoD network environments. Performs system checks, audits, patch management, incident escalation, root cause analysis, and network upgrades. Develops engineering plans, SOPs, technical documentation, and automation solutions while coordinating with network operations and project teams.

Supports DoD IT systems through account management, access control, system monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, patching, and connectivity support. Maintains Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory permissions, CAC/PKI access, and compliance with DoD security requirements. Requires an active DoD Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and at least three years of systems or network administration experience.
