Provides employee relations support to field and corporate HR, advising management on employment laws, company policies, discipline, investigations, corrective actions, and separations. Partners with leadership to address systemic issues, supports FMLA and ADA administration, coordinates with legal counsel and government agencies, ensures HR compliance, conducts management training, and represents the organization in employment-related hearings. Travel for site visits, investigations, audits, and legal matters may reach 30%.

Reviews and implements payer pricing, fee schedules, claims payment information, and contractual billing requirements across multiple locations. Maintains pricing matrices and payer setups, monitors revenue and accounts receivable reports, identifies payment and billing issues, supports billing offices with training and issue resolution, and ensures contract terms are accurately reflected in billing software.

Leads multi-region healthcare sales strategy, manages Regional Sales Managers, drives revenue and new patient growth, expands referral networks, oversees strategic health system partnerships, and aligns sales with operations and clinical teams. Establishes KPIs, forecasts performance, develops sales talent, supports negotiations, and provides market intelligence to executive leadership. Requires frequent travel across assigned regions.
