Leads enterprise digital strategy and technology implementation, serving as a bridge between business leaders and key users. Expands digital channels, improves customer and field communications, increases revenue, reduces costs, replaces manual processes, and drives continuous improvement. The role manages digital initiatives, develops executive presentations, collaborates across decentralized and matrixed organizations, and applies project management, business analytics, change management, application development, process modeling, and Agile practices.

Supervises and trains Customer Service staff, manages order flow, handles escalated patient and referral-source concerns, processes payroll, supports recruitment and performance evaluations, monitors call volume, and recommends process improvements. The role requires coordinating departmental activities, delegating work, following up on tasks, and maintaining customer service procedures.

Oversees strategic outsourcing programs from planning through closeout, managing vendor relationships, contracts, compliance, budgets, risks, performance reporting, and process improvements. Ensures outsourced RCM functions meet quality, cost, regulatory, and corporate standards. Partners with internal teams and external providers, develops KPIs and contingency plans, and mentors staff while improving operational efficiency.
