Leads the institutional fundraising program across foundation, corporate, and government funders. Manages grant prospecting, strategy, proposal writing, submissions, reporting, compliance, budgets, and funder relationships. Coordinates executive engagement, maintains a small individual donor portfolio, develops newsletters and impact narratives, oversees grant tracking and forecasting, and provides direction or supervision to development staff.

Provides intensive case management for formerly homeless individuals with chronic medical conditions and co-occurring disorders. Coordinates housing, healthcare, mental health, substance use, employment, and other community services; develops and updates care plans; conducts assessments, interventions, support groups, and crisis management; maintains documentation and compliance records; collaborates with residents, families, agencies, property managers, and service providers. Requires flexible scheduling, community appointments, and travel up to 50% of the time.

Supports affordable housing development and construction projects by coordinating financing and approval applications, consultants, architects, engineers, lenders, public agencies, and community groups. Reviews plans, construction documents, codes, regulations, and project data; monitors vendor compliance; assists with entitlement research, public presentations, and administrative tasks. The hybrid role includes occasional regional travel, fieldwork, and building inspections.

Develops care plans, conducts assessments, connects residents with community resources, supports housing retention, facilitates groups, manages crises, coordinates with families and partner agencies, documents services, and attends client appointments. Requires flexible evening and weekend availability and travel to local sites up to 50% of the time.

Provide hands-on supportive services in an affordable supportive housing community: assess resident needs, design and deliver programs, perform outreach, coordinate referrals, develop service plans and partnerships, track outcomes, supervise interns/volunteers, and represent the property in local collaboratives to promote housing and community stability.
