Leads manufacturing engineering teams, strategies, budgets, resources, and project delivery. Manages customer relationships, quotations, technical presentations, program launches, process improvements, automation, risk mitigation, compliance, and continuous improvement. Mentors engineers, evaluates performance, allocates capital and staffing, and ensures projects meet schedule and budget objectives.

Develops and maintains CMM inspection programs for CNC-machined parts using Zeiss and Mitutoyo equipment. Performs layouts, ISIRs, capability studies, gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies, measurements, and statistical reporting. Reads blueprints and applies GD&T, creates work instructions, supports PPAP submissions, trains personnel, and reports validation findings. Travel to multiple plants may be required.

Conducts moderate to complex financial analysis, supports monthly consolidated close activities, prepares journal entries, validates entity reporting, and assists with internal and external financial reporting. Reviews junior staff work, ensures compliance with accounting standards, explains analysis to decision-makers, and identifies process-efficiency improvements. The role requires an accounting-related degree, CPA designation or progress toward certification, knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. OneStream and IFS experience is an asset.
