Build and lead the company's BI and reporting function: consolidate multi-source data, design executive Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards, produce recurring reporting packages, improve data quality and automation, and deliver insights to Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to drive decisions.

Lead strategic full-cycle recruitment for leadership, management, corporate, and operational roles across healthcare divisions. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, build candidate pipelines, develop TA systems and KPIs, implement structured interviews, maintain hiring metrics, ensure compliance, and support onboarding and leadership transitions.

Provide administrative HR support including communications, document and record management, coordinating onboarding and training, scheduling, data entry, report preparation, research, and maintaining confidentiality while facilitating cross-team coordination.
