Leads the development, implementation, optimization, and governance of HRIS systems. Manages upgrades, integrations, reporting, workforce analytics, workflow automation, compliance, documentation, training, and related projects. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders while mentoring junior analysts and recommending HR technology improvements.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple facilities, including job postings, staffing coordination, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, offer management, recruitment tracking, and weekly reporting. The role requires close collaboration with regional and facility leadership, accurate handling of confidential candidate information, timely communication, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies remotely.

Develop and optimize product-level demand forecasts across SKUs, channels, segments, and markets. Analyze sales history, seasonality, promotions, and market trends; support S&OP and IBP processes; monitor forecast accuracy and bias; and identify inventory, stockout, and supply risks. Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts with production, sourcing, replenishment, and distribution. Prepare reports and dashboards, maintain planning data, and improve forecasting methods and supply-chain efficiency.
