Manage mobile insurance claims in a call-center environment, supporting customers through inbound calls and email. Provide accurate programme information, process claims efficiently, assist vulnerable customers sensitively, and maintain high service standards while following data protection and information security procedures.

Lead financial ownership of Pre-Owned programs: manage P&L, drive month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Analyze claims, cost drivers, and unit economics, build KPIs and dashboards, deliver executive-ready variance analysis, and partner cross-functionally to improve margins and loss ratios.

Corporate Counsel will provide legal guidance on commercial agreements, insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, marketing materials, customer communications, and strategic initiatives. The role negotiates contracts, responds to regulatory and consumer complaints, manages outside counsel, supports compliance programs, and improves legal processes while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
