Supervise outbound device protection fulfillment across picking, packing, shipping, and dock operations. Lead coordinators and associates, manage labor planning, monitor service and productivity metrics, improve inventory accuracy, and drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Collaborate across warehouse and fulfillment teams, lead special projects, and support scalable operational growth while developing a high-performing team.

Provide customer support for mobile insurance claims in a call center environment. Respond to inbound calls and emails, explain program details, process claims accurately, manage fulfillment queries, support vulnerable customers, and follow data protection and information security procedures.

Lead the technical design, configuration, integration, support, testing, and optimization of Infios WMS. Configure workflows, RF processes, business rules, labels, reports, and warehouse transactions; troubleshoot with SQL; support ERP, TMS, carrier, 3PL, automation, and partner integrations; and manage production incidents, releases, go-live, and hypercare. The role also owns technical documentation, partners with stakeholders and vendors, resolves complex issues, and mentors junior team members.
