Provides high-level executive and governance support to EMEA leadership. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, board meetings, travel, events, meeting documentation, action tracking, executive briefings, records, and confidential information. The role coordinates stakeholders across locations and time zones, maintains governance and compliance documentation, follows up on leadership commitments, and delivers administrative support including expenses, leave administration, and Microsoft Office-based communications.

Leads vendor marketing strategies, product launches, promotional campaigns, demand generation, and vendor-funded marketing programs for consumer technology products. Partners with Product, Category, Sales, and external teams to drive sales, profitability, market share, and measurable campaign performance. Manages vendor relationships, analyzes results, improves marketing operations, and leads a high-performing marketing team.

Lead enterprise AI architecture strategy, adoption roadmaps, standards, governance, and responsible AI practices. Partner with technical and business leaders to identify AI opportunities, evaluate platforms, design scalable solutions, and guide cross-functional teams in AI-enabled development, automation, and workflow adoption. Coach architects and developers while ensuring solutions are secure, ethical, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
