Defines Virta’s enterprise-wide technical vision, architecture, engineering standards, AI strategy, and multi-year technology roadmaps. Leads transformational initiatives, ensures architectural coherence across global systems, mentors senior technical leaders, strengthens incident response and observability practices, and represents the company externally. The role partners with executives and requires broad technical expertise, strategic communication, English fluency, regular onsite work, and residency and working rights in Finland.

Drive EV charging hardware sales in Sweden and Finland by owning full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Build customer relationships across retail, parking, real estate, hospitality, fleet, and energy, manage pipeline and forecasts, coordinate internal teams for delivery, and support site readiness and solution design.

Build and evolve backend services for pricing, tariffs, settlements, and invoicing. Drive architecture, ensure financial-grade correctness, define quality standards, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-team contracts to keep transactions auditable and accurate.
