Maintains, diagnoses, repairs, and installs mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment. Performs preventive maintenance, outage planning, equipment installation, project oversight, inventory management, and repair documentation using Microsoft Office and CMMS. The role requires industrial plant maintenance experience, blueprint and schematic interpretation, power tool and heavy equipment operation, welding, and familiarity with millwright and electrical licensing requirements. Work includes climbing, lifting, confined spaces, and elevated areas.

Provides administrative support for plant operations, focusing on shipping documentation, daily production reporting, inventory cycle counts, accounts payable invoice management, purchase order receipts, and HR coordination. Reports to the Plant Manager, maintains system and inventory records, coordinates with warehouse, packaging, finance, HR, and corporate teams, and supports safety and general office functions.

Oversee mill production operations, including scheduling, staffing, quality control, safety, maintenance inventory, environmental reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The manager supervises production personnel, coordinates equipment and materials, maintains OSHA and quality compliance, prepares operational reports, recruits and evaluates employees, and ensures products are delivered safely, on time, and within cost parameters.
