Leads marketing strategy and patient acquisition for specialty dental practices across multiple markets. Manages budgets, paid and organic digital campaigns, referral programs, agency relationships, and performance analytics. Partners with doctors and practice leaders to improve lead conversion, strengthen provider referrals, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining local practice identities. Primarily remote, with occasional travel to practices in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Leads day-to-day HR operations and serves as a strategic partner to executive and operational leaders. Oversees employee relations, compliance, HR technology, payroll and benefits, organizational effectiveness, change management, and enterprise HR initiatives. Manages and develops a five-person HR team while improving service delivery, processes, reporting, and employee experience across a growing multi-state organization.
