Responsibilities include planning and executing work, aligning delivery with business and product goals, managing risks, resolving technical conflicts, enforcing quality and security standards, evaluating performance, supporting team development, and maintaining a psychologically safe, high-performing culture.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will refine positioning, develop buyer personas, drive product launches, manage content strategy, and support sales efforts. They will also track competitive positioning and hire future PMM and content staff.
