Build LightSource’s demand generation function from scratch, owning inbound and outbound campaigns, ABM, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, attribution, and top-of-funnel pipeline. Partner with sales to define ICPs, score leads, and improve MQL-to-SQL handoffs. Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages, budgets, campaign operations, and performance optimization. Collaborate with content and product marketing, while helping hire and mentor the growing marketing team.

Lead product management as a founding team member, driving discovery, product vision, lifecycle execution, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with engineering, design, supply chain, procurement, marketing, and go-to-market teams to develop products, communicate strategy, gather feedback, conduct market research, and support launches. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, managing multiple projects, and working closely with company founders in a fast-paced environment.

Leads and manages a team of senior software engineers while contributing as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include planning and executing work, aligning delivery with business and product goals, managing risks, resolving technical conflicts, enforcing quality and security standards, evaluating performance, supporting team development, and maintaining a psychologically safe, high-performing culture.
