Lead Lightship’s financial strategy and operations as it scales electric RV manufacturing. Own FP&A, integrated financial modeling, product finance, cost accounting, treasury, working capital, accounting oversight, controls, compliance, fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting. Partner with executives on pricing, capital allocation, operational decisions, and margin improvement while building a high-performing finance team and scalable finance systems.

Leads Lightship’s financial strategy and operations through manufacturing scale-up. Responsibilities include FP&A, integrated financial modeling, product finance, cost accounting, accounting oversight, GAAP compliance, treasury, fundraising, investor relations, financial controls, ERP scaling, board reporting, and building the finance team.

Develop Android and iOS applications for vehicle controls, telemetry, and mobile user experiences. Integrate APIs, libraries, cloud services, and connected-vehicle protocols; maintain cloud infrastructure; and collaborate across software, hardware, design, product, testing, and manufacturing teams. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, conduct code reviews, follow coding standards, and document systems.

Develop Android and iOS applications for vehicle controls, telemetry, and user interfaces. Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, cloud services, and backend systems while extending cloud infrastructure. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with design, product, hardware, and testing teams, and maintain coding standards, documentation, and code reviews.

Develops manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, workstations, documentation, and time standards for electric vehicle production. Partners with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve safety, capacity, yield, and quality through Lean and Six Sigma methods. Responsibilities include equipment procurement, process troubleshooting, corrective actions, line balancing, cost estimation, production readiness, and launch support.

Own full-cycle recruiting across all company functions, partnering with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing, interviews, offers, and candidate experience. Build scalable recruiting processes, employer branding, and sourcing strategies; manage the Lever ATS, recruiting vendors, agencies, and contractors; track funnel metrics; support workforce planning; and represent the company at recruiting events while championing culture and values.

Develop and maintain manufacturing quality standards and product quality plans for luxury electric recreational vehicles. Lead supplier and production quality investigations, root-cause and corrective actions, MRB, change control, process capability analysis, FMEA mitigation, and continuous improvement. Support equipment and test-plan development, production sorting and rework, operator training, and supplier issue resolution while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, design, and supply chain. Travel to suppliers up to 20% of the time.
