Own the full sales cycle for new and low-adoption hospitality customers, from outbound prospecting through complex, multi-stakeholder close. Build territory plans, maintain pipeline coverage, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks, expand customers to the full platform, and sell on business value. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Pre-Sales, and industry stakeholders while using AI-enabled sales tools for research, sequencing, preparation, and coaching. Spanish proficiency is required.

Own the full sales cycle for new and low-adoption hospitality customers, from outbound prospecting through close. Build territory plans, maintain pipeline coverage, forecast accurately, expand customers into full-platform accounts, and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals. Use AI-enabled sales tools and MEDDPICC-style qualification to improve execution. Develop hospitality expertise, sell on business value, collaborate with Customer Success and Product, and represent Lighthouse at industry events.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct prospect research, and execute personalized outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email. Build sales pipeline by identifying hospitality business opportunities, understanding prospect needs, and arranging meetings for sales representatives. Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives, and Regional Sales Managers on campaigns, events, handoffs, and sales process improvements. Maintain high-volume, high-quality activity while developing relationships with hotel brands and management companies.
