Own billing escalations, coordinate with account managers and internal stakeholders, resolve issues independently, and identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate finance operations. Support accurate records, strong customer experiences, and onboarding of new team members.

Lead APAC sales enablement end-to-end: design onboarding, AI-powered roleplay and coaching, deploy conversation-intelligence coaching loops, localize launches, and track ramp and performance metrics to accelerate sales productivity.

Design and build trusted commercial and financial data models, own end-to-end delivery from requirements to documentation, collaborate with commercial and finance stakeholders, apply strong SQL/dbt skills and basic Python, and use AI responsibly to accelerate analytics and foundational systems for advanced analytics.
