Provide technical and regulatory oversight for high‑complexity clinical laboratory operations across multiple client sites. Serve as CLIA Technical Supervisor/Consultant, perform and review high‑complexity testing (LC/MS, EIA), ensure quality systems and compliance (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA), support validations, inspections, troubleshooting, staff training, inventory and operations, and partner with Laboratory Directors to improve processes and implement new tests.
