Own relationships for a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for communications, issues, escalations, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth. Conduct client check-ins, business reviews, presentations, reports, and occasional onsite visits. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, leadership, and internal subject matter experts while maintaining accurate account information and supporting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Oversee multiple concurrent medical laboratory build and implementation projects from concept through go-live. Coordinate internal teams, clients, laboratory directors, vendors, instrument manufacturers, and other stakeholders. Manage regulatory milestones, construction activities, IT integrations, validations, and go-live planning while ensuring projects remain on schedule and successfully completed.

Drives new business growth across hospitals and health systems by prospecting, developing relationships, building sales pipelines, positioning laboratory and diagnostic solutions, leading client presentations, negotiating contracts, forecasting opportunities, and supporting client onboarding. Requires an established healthcare network, strong consultative selling skills, knowledge of clinical laboratory environments, and willingness to travel up to 40%.
