The Controller leads accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, tax coordination, billing, payables, receivables, payroll, and regulatory compliance. This role provides financial insights to executives, investors, lenders, and stakeholders; manages close processes and consolidated reporting across entities; supports mergers and acquisitions; oversees insurance and retirement plan administration; and develops the finance team within a private equity-backed healthcare organization.
