Designs and develops production-grade AI software for eDiscovery, including predictive and generative AI workflows, document scoring, RAG pipelines, privilege detection, APIs, and scalable Azure services. Integrates model-serving endpoints, vector search, LLM APIs, and platform connectors at multi-million-document scale. The role also requires software architecture, database development, testing, CI/CD automation, agile process improvement, and mentoring engineers.

Collects, preserves, verifies, extracts, and analyzes electronically stored information from computers, mobile devices, servers, cloud repositories, and collaboration applications. Conducts custodian interviews, maintains evidence logs and chain of custody, supports forensic investigations and litigation, communicates project status to clients, prepares collection kits, and mentors less experienced team members. May provide on-call support outside normal business hours.

Performs first-level and quality-control document review for litigation and investigation matters, coding documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, issues, and redactions. Collaborates with Review Managers and Senior Review Associates to implement review strategies, workflows, playbooks, and project-specific quality standards. Uses eDiscovery platforms, identifies procedural questions, meets accuracy and timeline targets, and supports process improvements. Periodic evening, weekend, and on-call work may be required.
