Manage eDiscovery cases by coordinating operational work across data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production. Create work orders, manage request queues, perform quality checks, communicate scope and deadlines, and support process improvements. The role requires strong project management, analytical, communication, and eDiscovery skills, including Relativity experience, with occasional on-call work outside normal business hours.

Leads linguistic modeling and search projects involving keyword optimization, confidentiality and privilege classification, topical filtering, and custom document classification. Scopes client needs, designs technical and process solutions, manages execution and resources, communicates with clients, identifies risks, mentors team members, and helps integrate AI and evolving technologies into workflows.
