Responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, developing system designs, specifying components, troubleshooting multidisciplinary technical issues, preparing documentation, and supporting installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing improvements. The role collaborates with customers, Sales, Engineering, suppliers, and integrators, requiring hands-on problem solving across mechanical, electrical, controls, software, networking, and manufacturing processes. Approximately 20–25% domestic and international travel is required.
