Build and scale Lightfield’s sales organization by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing Account Executives. Own the sales playbook, including discovery, demos, qualification, and deal execution. Improve funnel conversion, forecasting, and team performance through data-driven processes and operational rigor while establishing a high-performing sales culture.

Lead frontier AI research in evaluation, benchmarking, simulation, deal prediction, and self-improvement for a business world model. Design empirical evaluations, build benchmarks and simulated company environments, develop reinforcement learning and fine-tuning techniques, model deal probability, optimize AI cost and quality, publish research, and mentor future team members. The role owns projects from initial research questions through measurable product impact and collaborates closely with engineering and go-to-market teams.

Lead applied research projects involving LLM evaluation, benchmarks, simulation, deal prediction, retrieval, reinforcement learning, and self-improvement. Build synthetic company environments and measure AI performance through offline replay, rubric-based grading, LLM-as-judge evaluations, and A/B tests. Translate research into product features, optimize cost and quality, publish findings, and help recruit and mentor a research team.
