Owns the end-to-end engineering and administration of a new ServiceNow platform in a secure federal enclave. Responsibilities include provisioning, configuration, security hardening, identity and access management, MID Server connectivity, enterprise integrations, ITSM and CMDB implementation, upgrades, patching, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role also supports NIST, FISMA, STIG, and ATO requirements while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and program stakeholders using Agile/Scrum practices.

Own full-stack modernization of complex federal legacy systems using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, React, and relational databases. Analyze workflows, distinguish essential functionality from process overhead, design scalable applications, build integrations, support the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot across application layers, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Designs, implements, integrates, and optimizes scalable ServiceNow solutions for IT modernization. Leads platform architecture, custom application development, workflows, data migrations, security, performance optimization, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, mentors developers, documents solutions, ensures compliance, and drives continuous platform improvement across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, and Service Catalog.
