Serve as the dedicated Scrum Master for a federal cloud engineering team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint execution in Jira, coordinating with Product Owner and stakeholders, maintaining documentation in SharePoint, tracking ServiceNow tickets, and promoting agile practices while supporting cloud and DevSecOps-related delivery and federal security compliance.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure infrastructure and networking. Author and maintain Terraform IaC and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Automate operations with PowerShell/Bash, ensure compliance with NIST/FedRAMP/RMF, monitor systems via Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments while collaborating with government stakeholders onsite.

Design, implement, and manage secure Azure cloud infrastructure and automation for federal environments. Build and maintain Terraform IaC, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, AVD environments, and Azure networking. Ensure compliance with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP and use Azure Monitor/Log Analytics for monitoring and optimization. Collaborate onsite with engineering, security, and program staff to support cloud modernization.
