Lead design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, Service Portal). Build workflows, scripts, custom widgets, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server). Ensure security, RBAC, performance, and compliance. Mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot platform issues, and work in Agile sprints while documenting architectures and solutions for federal projects.

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable GCP infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/Deployment Manager/Ansible). Build and support CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with engineers/security/government stakeholders, monitor performance, troubleshoot, ensure FedRAMP/NIST compliance, and document solutions. On-site in Washington, DC; U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance eligibility required.

Design, deploy, and maintain secure Azure infrastructure and networking. Develop Terraform IaC and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate operations with PowerShell/Bash, and manage AVD environments. Ensure compliance with NIST/FedRAMP/RMF, monitor performance with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate onsite with government stakeholders for cloud modernization.
