Designs, deploys, and manages secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure for federal IT environments. Responsibilities include Azure networking, Terraform infrastructure as code, PowerShell and GitLab CI/CD automation, Azure Virtual Desktop administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cloud security compliance. The role supports NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP controls while collaborating with engineering, security, program teams, and customer stakeholders onsite in Washington, D.C.

Develop, configure, implement, and support baseline and custom ServiceNow applications across multiple instances and domains. Create scripts, workflows, ACLs, and application enhancements; advise teams on platform best practices; translate business requirements into technical solutions; support Agile development, system rollouts, platform stability, performance analysis, and enterprise monitoring for federal clients.

Lead the design, development, customization, integration, deployment, and optimization of ServiceNow applications for federal projects. Build workflows, scripts, widgets, and UI components; manage platform security and compliance; troubleshoot performance issues; and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile environments. Mentor and provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams while documenting solutions and architecture.
