Provide HR support for a 200+ employee manufacturing plant across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS data management (ADP), onboarding, investigations, HR reporting, and workforce planning. Serve plant leadership and employees to foster a safe, productive workplace.

The Senior Developer will support shop floor applications in manufacturing, design, develop and support multiple software solutions, and communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Perform precision bench and CNC machining to construct, modify, maintain, and repair machines, prototypes, and tooling. Independently plan work, troubleshoot equipment, train junior trades workers, collaborate with engineers to resolve fabrication issues, and perform machining, heat treating, and specialized welding as required.
