Responds to customer inquiries across chat, email, social media, and ticketing systems; troubleshoots website, account, and online-order issues; documents cases and feedback; escalates technical concerns; collaborates with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams; analyzes customer trends and recommends service improvements while coordinating across time zones.

Researches, develops, and optimizes silica glass materials, characterization methods, manufacturing processes, and optical fiber innovations. Conducts laboratory measurements, simulations, statistical analysis, and process automation using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, R/JMP, and related tools. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, product development, and global engineering teams to improve product quality, yield, and efficiency. Mentors junior engineers and supports scalable, cost-effective production technologies.

Support and improve manufacturing measurement systems, software, test methods, calculations, and workflows. Investigate technical issues, analyze measurement data, troubleshoot equipment interfaces and system integrations, modernize legacy applications, validate software changes, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, suppliers, and customers. The role also supports training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement of measurement operations.
