Teams at Lightdash

This role involves managing the sales cycle for an open-source BI tool, conducting customer demos, and building customer relationships. You'll work on transforming early wins into a scalable sales process with direct CEO collaboration.

Own Lightdash's events, community, and partnerships: plan and run conferences, meetups, and on-site logistics; nurture Slack/LinkedIn/dbt community; produce event-driven content and social; support broader marketing campaigns and assets.

Lead the engineering organization, setting high standards for team velocity, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and enhancing developer experience while ensuring reliability.
