Lightcast Benefits Overview

Leads technical discovery and solution design for enterprise sales opportunities. Creates prototypes, solution briefs, and product demonstrations using APIs, Direct Data Shares, and SaaS dashboards. Partners with Account Executives on evaluations, RFIs, RFPs, proofs of concept, and stakeholder alignment. Supports post-sale handoffs and workshops, collaborates with account and onboarding teams, and applies large language models to solution development and client enablement.

Own complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through client delivery, translating large datasets into actionable insights, executive narratives, visualizations, and recommendations. Ensure analytical accuracy, methodological rigor, documentation, and quality assurance. Improve workflows and reusable analytical assets, support feasibility assessments, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and mentor analysts.

Supports the development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications, with a focus on Lightcast’s marketing website. Responsibilities include implementing features, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting software issues, applying development practices, and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams. The role offers hands-on experience for an entry-level engineer building expertise in modern web technologies and software development.
