Owns post-sale account management for a portfolio of US iGaming operators: builds executive relationships, drives revenue growth and upsells, optimizes game launches and marketing, leads QBRs, coordinates cross-functional teams, and mentors junior account staff.

Design, build, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Participate across the SDLC, troubleshoot and refactor code, run tests, and improve performance. Collaborate in an agile Scrumban team, mentor junior engineers, lead technical discussions, and deliver reliable, scalable services on AWS and on-premises platforms.

Provide second-level desktop support: diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and telephony issues; act as escalation SME; create SOPs, KB articles, training materials; write automation scripts; maintain inventories; assist with purchasing and process improvements; occasional travel and after-hours work required.
