Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for gaming products and enhancements. Create launch playbooks, pricing proposals, commercial packages, positioning, and sales enablement materials. Monitor product performance, pipeline activity, adoption, competitive trends, and revenue opportunities. Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and global sales teams to align roadmaps, messaging, pricing, and launches. Serve as a commercial subject matter expert for the table games portfolio and improve scalable GTM processes.

Designs, develops, tests, reviews, and refactors Java software for a large-scale iGaming platform. The role participates throughout the software development lifecycle, builds RESTful applications with Spring Boot, works with relational and non-relational databases, and delivers cloud- or on-premises services within an agile team. Responsibilities include improving reliability, performance, and operability while contributing to code quality and incremental product delivery.

Lead global commercial strategy for table games products across regulated and emerging markets. Assess market opportunities, competitor positioning, operator needs, pricing, and product performance. Partner with sales, engineering, product development, compliance, and regulators on product requirements, certifications, installations, field trials, integrations, and launches. Serve as a table games subject matter expert in customer engagements, proposals, demonstrations, and industry events while informing global roadmap priorities and regional go-to-market execution.
