Leads the Integrated Master Schedule for Army network modernization programs. Develops and maintains work breakdown structures, baselines, schedule activities, critical path analyses, schedule risk assessments, health metrics, reports, and CDRL deliverables. Supports milestone decisions, implementation, testing, transition planning, program reviews, and stakeholder briefings while coordinating scheduling personnel and government and program teams.

Designs, tests, evaluates, certifies, and deploys large-scale Department of Defense IP backbone networks. Responsibilities include MPLS service testing, router and firewall validation, security architecture assessment, threat analysis, implementation planning, Tier III engineering support, configuration guides, and field recommendations. The role requires extensive expertise with Juniper and Cisco backbone platforms, routing protocols, network security, traffic-generation equipment, and DISN/NIPRNet/SIPRNet environments. This is an onsite position at Fort Meade, Maryland, requiring a Secret clearance.

Designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyber range training environments for cybersecurity training, mission rehearsal, and validation events. Configures virtual machines, networks, operating systems, accounts, tools, and exercise content; supports red and defensive teams; troubleshoots infrastructure and connectivity issues; and provides event execution support. The role also maintains technical documentation, coordinates with stakeholders, and improves processes through automation and standardization.
