Lead product positioning and narrative, create and produce launch campaigns and product content, enable sales with battlecards and one-pagers, build and use AI tooling, engage customers and represent the company publicly, and collaborate with Product to define feature value and customer needs.

Lead multiple end-to-end ERP implementations for fast-growing multinational SaaS/tech customers. Manage customer relationships, translate finance requirements into platform design, lead data migrations and cutovers, maintain scope and timelines, intervene on at-risk projects, enable finance teams at go-live, and contribute to implementation playbooks and patterns.
