Teams at Light (light.inc)

Build and maintain CRM and HRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, BambooHR, Personio, Deel, Workday), own integration patterns and libraries, support customer onboarding and troubleshoot production issues, document APIs, and prioritize connector roadmap with Product.

Embed with customer finance teams to map and redesign AI-first workflows, wire ERP/bank/billing integrations, configure and supervise AI agents in production, train teams, measure impact, and feed repeatable patterns into product.

Own strategic relationships with finance leaders (Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs) to drive adoption, renewals, and upsell. Partner with customer engineering to deploy AI agents, spot and fix engagement risks, feed learnings into playbooks, and design scalable commercial motions in a fast-moving early-stage SaaS product.
