Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers, understand customer needs, coordinate with technical teams, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with BDRs to generate pipeline. The role requires ERP or finance-tool familiarity, closing experience, strong communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced, quota-carrying startup environment.

Own AI automation, revenue planning, performance reporting, CRM and sales-system improvements in partnership with the VP Sales. Build workflows for research, forecasting, reporting and pipeline execution; establish trusted commercial data; improve forecasting discipline; support board reporting; and coordinate cross-functional operating plans. The role combines practical AI delivery, analytical planning, GTM systems ownership and leadership across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Implementation and Finance.

Leads vertical marketing strategy for Energy and Defence markets, including market research, positioning, campaign planning, pipeline ownership, sales enablement, industry partnerships, customer advocacy, and product feedback. Builds sector credibility, trains Sales teams, analyzes funnel performance using AI, develops repeatable go-to-market approaches, and influences product requirements based on customer evidence.
