Teams at Light Labs

Own and expand a strategic account portfolio of CPG manufacturers and brands, driving testing-program growth through complex, multi-stakeholder sales. Build account plans, develop executive and technical relationships, resolve customer and lab issues, communicate rapidly, travel to plants and headquarters, and translate testing science and regulations into business value. Partner with internal teams to improve the go-to-market playbook and help scale the company’s sales system.

Own and build Light Labs’ support systems, including Pylon configuration, ticket routing, escalation paths, AI-powered answers, reporting, and support playbooks. Drive two-minute resolution times, enable virtual assistants, provide sales insights, and coordinate engineering support. This in-office Austin role focuses on designing scalable support operations rather than managing a ticket queue.

Own end-to-end recruiting as Light Labs’ first dedicated recruiter. Source, assess, close, and build relationships with scientific, laboratory, and commercial talent. Establish recruiting processes, structured interviews, scorecards, referrals, employer branding, and offer strategy while maintaining high standards and fast execution. The role is based in Austin, Texas, with five days per week in the office and requires strong sourcing, communication, judgment, urgency, and entrepreneurial independence.
