Coordinate end-to-end participant recruitment for B2B UX studies, manage scheduling, NDAs, incentives, and multiple recruiting workflows. Maintain and migrate research repository (Google to Dovetail), support thematic analysis, vendor procurement, budget tracking, compliance coordination, and improve research operations processes and resources.

Develop and optimize a cross-platform Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android, implement smooth 2D animations, integrate hardware-level communication for proximity features, and deliver clean, optimized code while collaborating full-time during MT business hours.

Participate in a 14–21 day mobile notification-sorting pilot using a qualifying Google Pixel as your primary phone. Spend ~10–15 minutes daily organizing notifications from common apps and submit a short daily feedback/check-in form. Must be fluent in Korean and have reliable internet.
