The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, communication, data-entry skills, and adherence to internal and external requirements.

Provides enterprise-wide leadership for marketing, communications, brand, customer experience, public relations, advertising, and digital strategy. Develops multi-year strategies, positioning, brand governance, customer journey frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement. Leads the marketing team, manages budgets and external vendors, oversees reputation and crisis communications, and partners with executives, departments, media, funders, and community stakeholders to drive visibility, engagement, referrals, and sustainable growth.
